Baotou, Inner Mongolia – Recently, we welcomed our valued customer delegation from Vietnam to Baotou Steel’s professional heavy rail manufacturing base for an on-site factory audit and project communication.
Accompanied by our technical and sales team, the visitors completed a full guided tour of the rail production line. They observed the complete manufacturing workflow, including universal hot rolling, online heat treatment, straightening, dimensional checking, and full-range non-destructive testing (NDT). The delegation closely reviewed our quality control system, production capacity and compliance with international railway rail standards. The advanced automated equipment, stable process control and rigorous inspection procedures left a deep impression on the guests.
Following the factory tour, both parties held an in-depth project meeting. During the session, our teams exchanged detailed opinions on rail grades, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, delivery schedule, packaging and logistics arrangement for Vietnam’s railway infrastructure projects. We also discussed technical support and after-sales service plans to guarantee reliable rail supply.
This face-to-face site visit greatly enhances mutual trust and aligns expectations for future cooperation.
