We successfully completed the export cooperation of ASTM A106B line pipe with Algerian partner K&S INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY LIMITED. The total delivery quantity reaches 646.187 metric tons, serving local industrial fluid delivery, heating and pipeline supporting engineering.

ASTM A106B carbon steel line pipe is a widely used general-purpose hot rolled steel pipe. It boasts stable mechanical performance, outstanding high temperature resistance and excellent welding performance, suitable for transporting water, steam and conventional oil gas media. This medium-batch order verifies our flexible production and stable delivery capacity for carbon steel pipes, further expanding our cooperative footprint in Algeria’s industrial steel market.

Project Challenge

1.Stable performance control of A106B material A106B pipes need consistent tensile strength and high-temperature resistance. Strict control of raw materials and hot rolling procedures is required to avoid performance deviation among different batches. 2.Medium batch production scheduling The 646.187-ton order is neither small trial order nor ultra-large bulk cargo. It requires reasonable production arrangement to guarantee accuracy without lowering factory overall efficiency. 3.Strict Algeria customs clearance requirements North African customs and engineering acceptance demand complete, standardized English inspection certificates and shipping documents. Missing or non-standard papers will cause customs clearance delays. 4.Long-distance marine transportation protection Goods need long-time ocean shipping to Algeria. Anti-rust, anti-scratch packaging is necessary to guarantee intact surface condition after arrival.

Our Solution

1.Standardized whole-process production following ASTM A106 We adopt designated rolling parameters in accordance with ASTM specifications.
