IMRI’s API 5CT N80Q casing is specially designed for deep wells in sour environment (H₂S ≤ 30ppm, CO₂ ≤ 0.15MPa), with yield strength of 758-965MPa, and certified by NACE MR0175 for sulfur resistance. Successfully applied in Tarim ultra-deep sulfur wells (Φ244.5), Chuannan shale gas fracturing wells (Φ177.8mm) and Hassi Messaoud in Algeria, which accord with the requirements of ISO 15156-2/API TR 5C3 severe working conditions.
