We have completed a large-scale oilfield casing supply project for PT. Appipa Indonesia, providing a total of 2670.1 tons of premium K55 casing pipes for Indonesian local oil and gas field development.

This bulk order covers three mainstream specifications of K55 casing: 244.48mm*8.94mm, 177.8mm*8.05mm, and 339.72mm*9.65mm. As a conventional and reliable oilfield tubular product, K55 casing features stable mechanical strength, good pressure resistance and excellent wellbore protection performance, widely applied in onshore oil and gas well completion projects. This project fully demonstrates our capability inlarge-volume and multi-size casing pipe supply, further expanding our market influence in the Southeast Asian oilfield equipment industry.

This large-tonnage multi-spec casing project brought typical challenges in production management, quality control and cross-border delivery: 1.Complex Multi-Spec Production: The order includes three different outer diameter and wall thickness sizes of K55 casing. Mixed production requires strict size classification and independent process arrangement to avoid specification errors. 2.High Consistency Requirements: For large-volume orders, every batch of pipes must maintain unified mechanical performance and dimensional tolerance to ensure overall project safety and compatibility. 3.Strict Indonesia Import Audit: Indonesian oilfield procurement requires complete standard test reports and certification documents, posing high requirements for our document standardization and export compliance. 4.Mass Shipment Scheduling Pressure: The 2670.1-ton super-large order requires scientific batch production and shipment planning to match the client’s continuous construction progress.

Our Solution

To ensure stable quality, unified standards and on-time delivery for this bulk multi-size casing project, we adopted targeted full-process solutions: 1.Classified Independent Production: We arranged separate production lines and independent processing schedules for the three casing specifications. Strict size calibration and classified marking were implemented for each batch to completely prevent specification confusion. 2.Full-Batch Standardized QC Inspection: All K55 casing pipes passed systematic mechanical testing, dimensional inspection and pressure resistance testing in strict accordance with API standards. We guaranteed 100% product qualification and consistent performance of all batches. 3.Standardized Export Document Support: We sorted out complete English certification files, factory test reports and shipping documents in advance to meet Indonesia’s import customs clearance and end-user acceptance standards. 4.Phased Batch Delivery Arrangement: We formulated a scientific phased production and shipment plan based on the total order volume. Real-time communication with the client ensured flexible adjustment of delivery rhythm and zero delay for the construction schedule.
