We have successfully completed a customized oilfield casing supply project for GOS TRADING PTE.LTD., delivering 728 tons of K55 BTC-SCC casing pipes for oil and gas energy projects in the Philippines. This project covers three common specifications: 177.8mm*9.19mm, 273.05mm*8.89mm, and 244.48mm*11.99mm.

K55 BTC-SCC casing is a high-standard oilfield tubular product with superior sulfide stress corrosion resistance and stable mechanical performance. It is specially designed for complex downhole environments prone to corrosion, effectively ensuring wellbore stability and long-term operational safety. This cooperation fully demonstrates our capability of supplying multi-size, corrosion-resistant casing pipes and further consolidates our market share in the Southeast Asian oil and gas equipment supply industry.

Project Challenge

The project brought practical difficulties in production classification, quality control and batch delivery:This multi-spec K55 BTC-SCC casing export project presented core challenges in production sorting, high-standard quality control and cross-border compliance: 1.Multi-Specification Mixed Production: The order includes three different OD and WT sizes of K55 BTC-SCC casing. Mixed production requires strict size classification and independent quality inspection to avoid specification confusion. 2.High Anti-Corrosion Standard: As BTC-SCC grade casing, the products require strict sulfide corrosion resistance testing, which raises higher technical requirements for raw material selection and heat treatment process. 3.Philippines Import Compliance: Local energy equipment import requires complete test reports and certification documents to pass customs clearance and end-user acceptance.

Our Solution

To guarantee qualified and on-time delivery, we adopted targeted production, quality control and export solutions: 1.Classified Custom Production: We arranged separate production and packaging for the three casing specifications.
