X70Q line pipe is a high-strength API standard pipeline steel with excellent low-temperature toughness, superior weldability and stable compressive resistance. It is widely used for long-distance, high-pressure oil and gas transportation pipelines, perfectly adapting to Iran’s complex geological conditions and harsh outdoor operating environments. Every batch must pass strict tensile, impact and hydrostatic pressure tests to meet high-pressure pipeline operation standards. 2.Mass Production Consistency Control: For ultra-large orders, maintaining unified dimensional tolerance and stable performance across all production batches is critical to ensure overall pipeline assembly accuracy and operational safety. 3.Large Shipment Scheduling Pressure: The 5879.3-ton super-large order requires scientific phased production and batch shipment planning to match the client’s continuous engineering construction progress. 4.Strict Import Document Compliance: Iran’s energy engineering procurement requires complete standardized English test reports and certification documents to support smooth customs clearance and project acceptance.
