P65/R65 rail manufactured with U75V steel grade is high-performance heavy rail designed for 1520mm broad-gauge railway systems in CIS and Central Asian markets, produced in accordance with GOST 51685 specifications.

Compared with conventional U71Mn rail, U75V features optimized chemical composition, superior wear resistance and enhanced fatigue performance. This grade is widely selected for lines bearing frequent heavy freight loads. With stable metallurgical structure and reliable welding performance, U75V P65/R65 rail effectively lowers track maintenance frequency and extends service life under continuous heavy cyclic load.

Steel Grade Introduction — U75V

U75V is a vanadium microalloyed rail steel. The addition of vanadium refines grain structure, improving hardness, anti-fatigue capability and resistance to rolling contact fatigue.
