Fusion Bonded Epoxy(FBE) Pipeline Coating

The FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) coating pipeline is a steel pipe protected by a thermosetting epoxy powder layer. When performing, steel pipe is heated to 220-230 ℃, then FBE powder is sprayed on the surface of the pipe by electrostatic adsorption method, and finally the powder will be fused and bonded by heating, and solidified by cooling. This coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, adhesion, and durability. It is widely used in the oil, gas, and water industries for long-distance buried or submerged pipelines.
