API 5L X65Q Seamless Pipeline for Sour Service

IMRI’s X65Q seamless pipeline is designed for sulphurous media and has passed HIC/SSCC sulphur resistance test. 100% ultrasonic testing + hydrotesting of PLS2 grade ensures zero defect delivery and is suitable for oil & gas fields with high H₂S partial pressure, deep sea sour gas pipelines.

Our API 5L-certified line pipes are made from high-grade carbon/alloy steel, these pipes excel in extreme conditions with superior pressure resistance, corrosion protection (3PE/FBE coating), and low-temperature toughness. Available in SMLS, LSAW types, sizes range from 1/2″ to 18″ OD, meeting ASTM A53, ASTM A106, and GB/T9711 standards.

· Pipe End: Covered HDPE crash cap
· Packing: Hexagonal bundles or plain bundles not exceeding 2 tons each
· Special protection : For seamless tubes that require rust prevention, rust preventive oil or other rust preventive agents will be applied to the surface

Packaging & Shipping

· Minimum order quantity: 5 tons
· Price: FOB at Xin’gang port in Tianjin or CIF or CFR
· Payment: 30% deposit in advance, the balance against the copy of B/L; or 100% L/C, etc
