Steel Fittings for Socar – Efficient Export Delivery of Pipe Fittings

This project focuses on the export of industrial pipe fittings, covering TEE, Reducer, Elbow and other high-quality steel fitting products, with a total order quantity of 6030 pieces. Scheduled for shipment in March 2024, the project adopts T/T payment terms for secure and efficient transaction settlement, and the final end user of the products is Narstel. We are committed to delivering qualified steel fittings on schedule to meet the client’s industrial application and project construction needs, building long-term reliable cooperative ties with overseas customers.

Project Challenge

Project Challenge

The core difficulty of this steel fittings export project lies in two key aspects. Firstly, the order involves a wide variety of pipe fittings, including TEE, Reducer, Elbow and other different specifications and models, which brings high requirements for product classification, quality inspection and order sorting management. Secondly, the mixed loading and transportation of multiple types of fittings are extremely complex; improper packing and loading will not only cause product damage during transit but also lead to low container space utilization, increasing logistics costs and delaying delivery progress. Balancing product protection, loading efficiency and delivery timeliness became the top priority to solve.

Our Solution

To overcome the project challenges and ensure smooth order delivery, we implemented a targeted and systematic solution. For product classification and quality control, we set up a special sorting and inspection team to conduct one-by-one verification of each fitting’s specification, size and quality, classify products in strict accordance with standards, and establish a clear identification system to avoid mixing and errors. For transportation and packing complexity, our professional logistics team formulated an optimized loading plan, designed a scientific packing layout based on the shape and size of different fittings, used professional damping and protective materials to package products, and maximized container space utilization while ensuring product safety. We also strengthened whole-process tracking and coordination, closely followed up production, inspection, packing and shipping links, and efficiently matched T/T payment settlement progress, finally realizing the on-time and intact delivery of all 6030 pieces of steel fittings, fully satisfying the end user Narstel’s demand and gaining high recognition from the client.
