We have successfully completed a high-standard pipeline steel supply project for HELIGAN SANAT Co., a professional engineering enterprise in Iran. The project delivered a total of 1899.66 tons of X52QS grade line pipes for local oil and gas transmission pipeline construction.

This order covers two mainstream heavy-wall specifications: 457mm*19.32mm and 219.1mm*22.23mm. As a premium pipeline steel grade, X52QS line pipe features excellent pressure resistance, outstanding toughness and stable mechanical performance, which is suitable for high-pressure and complex terrain pipeline working conditions in Iran. Project Challenge

This multi-spec heavy-wall X52QS line pipe project brought core challenges in production precision, quality control and cross-border delivery: 1.Heavy-Wall Multi-Spec Production Difficulty: The project contains two different outer diameter and ultra-heavy wall thickness specifications. Mixed production requires strict classified processing to ensure precise dimensional tolerance and avoid specification confusion. 2.High Mechanical Performance Requirements: X52QS line pipes are used for high-pressure pipeline transmission, requiring rigorous tensile, impact and hydrostatic pressure tests to meet Iran’s local engineering safety standards. 3.Stable Batch Production Demand: The 1899.66-ton medium-large order requires continuous and stable production scheduling to guarantee unified product performance of each batch. 4.Strict Cross-Border Export Procedures: Iran’s energy material import requires complete standardized certification and inspection documents to ensure smooth customs clearance and project acceptance.
