R350HT UIC60 rail (60E1 profile) is a premium head heat-treated heavy rail manufactured strictly according to EN 13674-1 European standards. As an upgraded grade compared with conventional R260 rail, R350HT features refined pearlitic microstructure, higher surface hardness and superior rolling contact fatigue resistance.

Designed specifically for high-frequency operation and heavy-haul railway lines, R350HT UIC60 rail effectively reduces rail head wear, shelling and crack propagation under long-term heavy axle loads. R350HT is a professional head heat-treated carbon-manganese rail steel defined by EN 13674-1. Through precise online heat treatment process, the rail head obtains uniform high-hardness layer while retaining excellent internal toughness, achieving the perfect balance of wear resistance and anti-fatigue performance.
