GOST P65 rail fish plate (joint bar) is used to connect to two adjacent rail sections.

Material: 50# & 55#

Holes: 4 holes & 6 holes

Standard: TB/T 2345-2008,GOST

Material:P65 fish plates are commonly made from medium or high carbon steel, though other materials like nodular cast iron can also be used.

Dimensions:The dimensions of the fish plate must precisely match the rail profile it is connecting.

Bolt Holes:Fish plates usually have 4 or 6 bolt holes to secure the connection.

Tensile Strength:The minimum ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of a fish plate is typically between 57 to 68 kg/mm², according to a rail engineering study material.

Standards:P65 fish plates often comply with standards like GOST or EN.

Function:

Connects two rail ends, creating a continuous track.

Allows for expansion and contraction of rails due to temperature changes.

Packaging Details:

Bundles wrapped with strong steel trips, or according to customers’ requirements. We will pack the rail fish plate in bundle by steel wire or according to customer’s requirement, and after loading the container, it will be reinforced.
