We are proud to announce the official launch of IMRI’s new production facility, located within the Baotou Steel Pipe Industrial Park. The inauguration ceremony was honored by the presence of fellow entrepreneurs and industry partners from the park, marking a significant milestone in our growth trajectory.
The new plant represents a strategic investment of USD 57 million, dedicated to advanced pipe anti-corrosion processing, specializing in 3-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) and 3-Layer Polypropylene (3LPP) coating systems. Equipped with state-of-the-art automated blasting, heating, epoxy powder application, and polymer extrusion lines, the facility ensures high-quality, uniform coating that meets international standards for corrosion protection and durability in demanding environments.
With this enhanced production capacity and technological capability, IMRI is now positioned to undertake larger-scale projects and deliver with greater speed and reliability. Our expanded infrastructure enables end-to-end processing for a wide range of pipe dimensions, supporting the needs of oil and gas, chemical, and water transmission sectors.
