IMRI’s API 5CT Grade N80 Type 1 meets the mechanical property requirements of Chapter 8 of the standard: yield strength of 552-758 MPa and tensile strength of ≥689 MPa. It is suitable for non-sour environments at well depths of ≤5,500 m. It has passed the verification of internal pressure strength of ISO 11960 and the certification of geometric accuracy of the threads of API 5B, and is specially designed for the casing columns of the shale gas-fracturing well technology.

Case:

Our K55 casing is used in three core applications: 1) high-pressure layer sealing in deep wells (API TR 5C3 anti-extrusion certification for non-acidic environments of ≤5500m); 2) shale gas fracking wells technical casing; and 3) high-temperature steam injection wells. Successfully supported the drilling of salt paste layer in the ultra-deep oil and gas field in Tarim(Φ339.7mm) , China, shale gas development in Sichuan Basin. And participated in the project of low-pressure gas field in the western desert of Egypt (H₂S ≤ 50ppm working condition).
