This time the outer coating adopts the anti-corrosion standard of NFA 49-710. The purpose of using the outer anti-corrosion layer is to increase the service life of the steel pipe anti-corrosion layer several times for the buried pipeline. Pipes of the same material may be as long as a few years. Leakage occurs, and some of them have been buried underground for decades without corrosion, because they have adopted an external anti-corrosion layer. Therefore, the use of anti-corrosion coating is very important to increase the service life of the pipeline.

The inner coating adopts the API 5L2 RP standard, and the coating thickness is 80um liquid epoxy rent-reducing coating, which is used to transport natural gas. The most notable features of the inner coating are smooth surface, anti-corrosion and reduced transmission resistance to prevent scaling on the inner wall .
